Pricing
All prices are displayed in AUD and include GST. Prices may be subject to change without notice. All prices are correct at time of publishing and are confirmed with an order confirmation email.
Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability. If a product is not available at the time of purchase you will be notified as soon as possible and offered an alternate product (if available) or a soju.com.au credit or refund.
Conditions of Sale
All orders must be paid for before they are sent. Soju.com.au takes no responsibility for goods damaged during delivery. This is the responsibility of the courier. We will however do our best to liaise with them to resolve any issues.
Returns Policy
Soju.com.au abides by the ACCC guidelines in relation to replacements, repair or refund. We do not offer replacement or refund if you got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.
Replacement and refunds are only considered if the problem is a as follows:
it has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying it if they’d known about it
it is significantly different from the sample or description
it is substantially unfit for its common purpose and can’t easily be fixed within a reasonable time
it doesn’t do what you asked for and can’t easily be fixed within a reasonable time; or it is unsafe.
The returned item must be in original condition and in original packaging.
To ensure you are happy with your purchase we thoroughly check all items before they are sent. If you do receive a faulty item please contact Soju.com.au immediately and we will arrange a replacement.
Payment
Soju.com.au welcomes payment by credit card over encrypted SSL. We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express. Payment must be made at time of purchase.
Acceptance of Order
Soju.com.au will send email confirmations of your order once placed on our website.
Supply
Soju.com.au reserves the right to refuse to supply to any individual or company.
